Yes Im pretty sure you can buy it again on another account if its on another email. Nothing to make them connect that to your banned account for DBD. Anyways also more money for them everytime a banned person buys the game again

Well Ive never been banned so I wount know if they stop the game from working based on the computer you played it from.

It couldn't ban based on MAC address, could it? IP address is easily changed so I'm not sure. I'm simply curious now.
