Devs wouldn't do it. They made his face like that for a reason and if they just covered up that ball of sunshine it would be ruined.

So middle ages doctor can use electricity and hurts people with metal, spiky rod. Sorry man, this skin would not be realistic and devs do not want do this game funny or unrealistic.
