Console server

If anyone can answer.
I was wondering whether the PS4 console version would have different servers to play on, or would it only be the server in the country that you are playing?

To my knowledge it will work the same as the PC version. You connect to the Killer.

Most console games you can't change your region. On DbD don't you have to change your Steam region?

If that's the case I doubt you'll be playing with anyone from other countries on the PS4

So less likely to have Region Lag right? I seem to keep getting Killers who if they come near me my game lags up making it super easy for them to kill me.

It certainly sounds like a possibility.

Probably. Unless there is a way to change your region on the PS4 itself, but most console players aren't that technical.

It does get very annoying to see non residents use your countries servers. It often makes me wonder if they do it for the host advantage.
