Welcome!
Hi guys, thanks for being interested in Karma. This is our first game on steam, we are glad to hear from you. Linux and MacOS version will come later, maybe next season. We need to do some extra efforts for different platforms.
So, what can I say? Enjoy yourselves!
XD

Just one question, about how long is the average playthrough?

????

I am officially intrigued. I have never seen anything like this.

And since you are appearently very new here, let me be the first to welcome a brand new game and game makers to steam. I am a game consumer and I am very happy to see this.

It'll be 2~25 hours, depending on the way you play this game.

I love life sims! Just came from playing Kudos 2 by Positech Games, and I was looking for something like it.

Karma looks a little different, but I'm going to pick it up. I'm happy to see it as well, and I hope it sells well for you. :-)

Are there different outcomes? I enjoy a game with replay value, but I'm going to buy it anyway, I think. I play Kudos 2 over and over with different jobs, evening classes, etc.

No offense but, how many actual programmers do you know live like this? Most of the ones I know live normal social lives and look for nearly any excuse to leave the urban jungle and go camping.

Neither the world nor the hero in this game is normal :P

I've already started a third game. This is definitely a surreal experience. The beauty of this game is that there is no tutorial. I've had to learn the hard way, and I'm sure I still don't have everything figured out. It's fun. I'm going to continue playing after I've had some sleep. :-)

By the way, I love the opening theme song.

Fair enough! Good luck with your game!
Genuine question. Is there any ethical or philisophical life meaning in this game? The "difficult" game statement makes me wonder a lot about this. It sounds pretentious but a sort of honesty regarding the nature of the story is interesting.

I don't want to talk too much about the story. We tried putting something into this game, but the game will not show them directly. :)

I study programming myself, and I look forward to this game.
Cheers :)!
