Please Help!!! (character keeps spinning on game start)

I can't play the game because whenever the game starts the character starts spinning rapidly while look up and spinning to the left. Even though other controllers are plugged in, they are not in a position where the character would keep moving. I have tried restarting the computer, uninstalling the game, using different gamepads, and switching key bindings with nothing working. Please help.

What controller are you using, and are you using it to play or is it just plugged in? I had this issue with my dualshock 4 which I use as an xbox controller through emulation software and I was having this same issue if I forget to have my emulation software running. For some reason when windows installs dualshock 4 drivers it maps all the jostick and buttons to strange things IE the Z axis is controller via the left and right triggers which is just laughably not right.

I have a dualshock 4 controller plugged in using the charger, and an xbox 360 controller plugged in using an adapter. Neither are on and I use the keyboard, since with so many controls I feel it would work the best. Since the controllers are off it shouldnt be a problem. Another thing to note is that I can move around using WASD and use other commands such as the screen to buy merchandise. I can even move the camera that is rapidly spinning, but it doesnt make a difference since playing while constantly moving your mouse to the right and down hardly works and shouldnt be needed.

I can just about guarantee that disconnecting the dualshock will fix this issue. The xbox controller shouldn't cause any issue but I don't actually have one so I can't say for certain.
