People running after throwing stuff

ive noticed this if you have the perks that lower the theft chance

rather then taking the item they throw it away and run...

buy the thief zapper or use the helper bots

I think its intentional, to combat this you have to buy the "innocents wont be harmed" (i think its called that) by your spell weapon.

Wouldn't you run too if you went into a store and started throwing things around and on the floor? They should make a bot that can zap these people. That'll teach them. :)

it does make more sense than someone calling me a peasant or saying they don't care much.

Still, i suspect it is the thief and "price is too high!" code colliding with each other.

Or maybe they are supposed to be thieves who steal out of dissatisfaction rather than coming in with the intent to steal like regular thieves, and that code isn't working right yet.
