Bot Imprint

How does one set what to place where? And in furtherance of that, how does one unset what to place where?

I like the idea, but it is far from clear as to how this works. The ingame tutorial states that 'there is a system' but it doesnt explain how this system works, just what its intended purpose is.
When I look in the Guides and online, nothing more becomes clear, since most don't even touch this subject or are outdated to such a degree the proposed method no longer functions.

Using your currently binded keys to imprint view while looking at a place where you can place the item, it will be displayed in text what is currently binded to said place, green FX = free spot, blue FX = binded spot. By having an item equipped in your hand, and looking at the place, press the imprint item button (Check your key bindings in the main menu) then imprint mode on Bot's will place stuff only where it is imprinted. I am working on a new writeup of the tutorial to be more clear about this soon.

Ah tx. As for the tutorial, can't you use placeholders so the current binds are used instead Action key for instance? Should be easy and a lot easier to read without having to return to the bind page to figure out what's what.

Awesome. And ya I got it working; Shift needs to to be held down whilst left-clicking (default) in order to assign a spot. GJ, keep it up Loving the ingame hints and tips!

I wish I had found this discussion earlier. It was a bit frustrating to imprint everything and then the robot just starts putting whatever wherever it can. Noticing the imprint mode was most certainly a great thing. It's great to know someone took the time to put this up for those that don't see it right off the bat.

Is this broken? Because after I spend a good amount of time asigning all spots in my shop, but the bot just ignores it. I am sure all the spots are blue and after the bot puts 'gloves' in my shelve reserved for 'frost potion' I double checked it and it indeed said 'reserved for Frost Potion' (or something like that). Any thoughts?

Did you enable that bot to use imprint mode? Bot's enabled to imprint mode will only look for imprinted zones, bots that are not set to imprint mode, will look at all zones.
