The main menu is in German*

Does anyone know how to change the games language? i reinstalled the game to see whats changed, and the main menu was NOT in engish :/ a few descriptions were in english though strangly.

I think you pick the language right at the start of the game, in the screen where you also pick if you want to play with mouse+keyboard or with a controller. In the bottom right corner there should be some flags showing what languages you can pick from. Try picking the English flag there.
