Still can't get it working on Windows 10

I've tried evey fix and suggestion I can find online but no matter what I can't get past the configuration menu. I always get an error message about it being "Unable to create hardware vertex processing device".

I have an AMD Radeon HD 7990 and I also get this issue running BloodRayne 2.

It seems almost every game has issues running on windows 10

Beat the game yesterday. for windows 10 start settings update settings. defer updates. windows 10 is set to download old amd drivers. after go to the official amd website and download the latest amd gpu driver. the lastest is specifically designed to be compatible for windows 10. then right click start programs and features and uninstall amd gpu driver using express uninstall all. it will leave traces of old folders so you might wanna check c: or your main system drive and delete the old amd root folders. reboot. then reinstall the newest amd driver.
right click desktop display settings. must set screen to only use one screen if your using mouse to look or your crosshair will go off the screen during the game. so no extended displays for mouse users.

make backup folder called "backup" without the quotes, copy rayne.ini into the backup folder, open rayne.ini with notepad and change or use whatever resolution you want ie:
gamePIXY=1080
gamePIXX=1920

save rayne.ini

Start BloodRayne, when warning appears alt+tab , open task manager and go to details and right click rayne.exe and set
affinity to cpu 0 only meaning disable all the other cpu cores and only run it on cpu 0, exit task manager, go to warning and hit ok, continue to start the game. I only checked my 1920x1080 resolution with 32bit color and the default directx8.1 or something and turned everything else off ie aa off aniso off etc lowest or off. Also try not to alt tab out of game too much or it crashes.
