There are 3 types of switches in the game; the ones that looks like a clock (you don't need anything special to activate them, just go near them and attack them), the ones which are a metalic oval with a gem (you need to defead a unique creature to activate them) and the Seals, which force you to have defeated certain number of Messengers to open them.
I am unsure of shich one do you mean, but for being able to enter the 2nd wing, you need to finish 3º or 1º wings first.
If you need anything else, just tell us ^^
finally defeated the 1st Messenger and now the passage to the Cathedral is open now, so those are the Seals. Thank you. Regarding the switches, yes, I meant the oval ones, the ones that need the ability to activate them. I presume that I will encounter this unique creature during the events of the story, right?
Many people say that they hate this game, well I think it's because of the difficulty but I like it, even though the 2nd wing and its vanishing platforms make me wanna scream (as I am really really BAD at platform games haha). I'm not an expert player, you see, I'm usually more interested in the background (story, music, concepts, art, details, etc.) and so far I really like it.
I'm curious about the things I will discover inside this game. Good job. And thanks again for the help :)
Oh, and yes, you will find this creature in the 2º Wing.
If there is anything else we can do, just tell us ^^.
I'm positive 100% that I've collected 15 memories (1st, 2nd and 3rd wing), several other items and I've freed 6 prisoners from the Mansion Basement, but my account/page stopped at 9 memories and 4 prisoners (can't tell anything about the items, I don't know how many I've collected already).
I've logged out of Steam many times, I tried everything but the result is still the same, 9 memories and 4 prisoners. And I don't want to restart the game from the beginning, mostly because I cried lots of tears in the 2nd wing and in the 3rd wing (Heart of the Mountain) just to get those memories, and I don't want to lose any progress in the game.
I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?
Oh, by the way, I found it hilarious when Ergo started singing while battling enemies. XD "I'm in a book! You're reading Ergo!" You are geniuses.^__^
Which enemy do i need to kill to activate the stone? I am currently down where you have to stand in light to avoid the shadow thing. I'm at the point where you're suppose to hit the stone to activate a light and move forward however I've hit that f****** stone with every move i have and it is not activating. I can't any details about an in game bug or anything so have I missed something?
Gave up on this game because the timing on the Nexus Guardian is just brutal.
The timing is not even a second on the 3 vertical arc attack and the horizontal arc wave attack. I have never seen the supposed ground slam that supposedly grants more time to hit him.
I think the longest I lasted against that Nexus Guardian was 30 seconds, and that was just running in circles around him trying to do nothing but dodge that horizontal arc wave.
It seems like a coin toss if my jump or dodge ever seems to escape the single horizontal arc wave.
Out of maybe a dozen attempts I actually did damage to him two times in one attempt. Never did damage ranged.
I'll wait til I see an update with a nerf to him, otherwise I guess don't finish this game.
Difficulty on that fight is just game breaking for me.
I know that the nexus guardian can be really hard, but there are some ways to beat him without the need to check his timing, like any breaker attack. In any case, I understand your complains.
Again, sorry for the long delay answering you.
