Anima Ark of Sinners
Does anyone remember this WiiWare title? It cast you on the role of this rather sexy young woman wielding a Katana who awakes in this mysterious city. The game plays like sidescroller as you hack and slash your way through shadowy enemies.

I know it, since I am the writer of the Anima Beyond Fantasy Books and I also wrote the plot for that game. ^^
In this case, Ark of Sinners is a game developed by another company based on the same franchise (similar to the dozens of Warhammer games that you can find in Steam), but unrelated to Gate of Memories and its team.

Well, I did have some fun with that game myself.

Well, I didn't have the chance to try this game, but I'm really interested by all Anima's background related, and I saw that the city of Ark was a little described in Gaia Vol.2, with an awesome picture of the city (or at least I think that's the city).

Since that's a really beautiful place to unleash some very threatening monsters at my players (maybe some noth ?), I'm looking to understand a bit more about this place. Is it located in the Wake ? Or maybe is it related with the... Er... I don't know the english name, "Soul Clock" ? ("Horloge des Âmes" in french)
I understood that Ark is the remains of an ancient civilization that is now lost in time, but were all of them human people ? Or could they be also ebudan, sylvan, and others ?
May Ark's artifact have a link with the Aeon Taw'il At Umr ? It could make sense since the power of time is involved.
If some Noth could be found in that place (I'm not sure, I don't remember well about that), I was wondering if there is a link with "Sainte Mariannes" (is it the same name ?), that strange city with noths and unknown beings. Even if there's very modern elements in Sainte Mariannes, it might have a link with Ark's artifact, that would explain a little part of that mystery.

Moreover, i would like to know a bit more about the main character of the game. Is she that "Celia" who appears from time to time in the books, or another one with the same design ? And how did she happen to come to such a place ? I think I've heard something like she was called by the city, but I'm not sure...

Oh, are you eventually planning on making an other Anima video game ? I doubt that it will not come out before some years, but that would be great ! ^^

Have you reached out to the developer to get an official steam port of the game?

@Mr.Garcia Unrelated to this topic, but since in our tabletop RPG group it came up recently to start another Anima : Beyond Fantasy run. Is there any news or will there be any more books translated to english. When we finished playing I think we had every book available in english at that point, and there were talks about a "2nd Edition" think the book was called Core Exxet or something like that, but there were more books that seemed like they will be only available in spanish because it seemed like the cooperation with FFG was discontinued. Since the setting and the rules were a lot of fun, I guess I would be interested to know before we start playing again if there are/will be more books coming in english then the ones we have.
