I know its not "thematic" of this post, but just one question. Since you have the licence for "The Fisherman" back. Is there ANY plans for ANY future development of the game?

The Fisherman was a modified version of Fishing Planet published by Bigben Interactive whose big selling point was "everything can be bought in game".
Their first update was Blue Crab and they charged real money for it so most players quit and the game was abandoned. That is why there have been no updates.

I think your business model is backwards. Many companies charge for the game then hit you with moderately priced DLCs (except for Paradox). I would like to support your game but $19-39 for a DLC is out of line. It's a shame as it is a good game.

If you do research, you'll find that Fishing Planet LLC got licence (publishing rights) back. So, everything for The Fisherman is managed by FIshing planet LLC now.

yea and abandoning games is wrong...i don't mind paying for dlc....idk why people expect not to pay for stuff...also the page for it says the devs are fishing planet llc so idk why ur so cring about me wanting more dlc for a game i paid for

Honestly, probably because Fishing Planet LLC feels that they can milk more money out of players from the base game if they make that other one distasteful and bring players back to the 'free to play' version.
