I'm sure you'll have the opportunity of buying a dlc which will include a pond pass, premium and strong tackle.
The Congo dlc was amazing....my wife and I (and some friends) all bought it and got from level 40 to 80 easily during the 30 days....

I have been looking through all of the developer news posts about the ocean update and I cannot find ANYTHING about the level requirements for the new update. Where are you guys getting the information about the level being 83? Is there an official post on the level requirements?
