Sound Volume
Hi guys,

I think the ingame sound is a bit messed up for me. The Volume for the music is just fine, environment is okay, but the general sound (like reeling sound, break, water splash etc) seems really low.

Until today I never really cared much about this, because I was adjusting the sliders in the Audio Options (no music, medium environment and maxed genral sound) and then put the Volume on my Speakers all way up. But today I recieved a steam message while fishing and man, it nearly blew my speakers away :D

So I decided to post this on forums, hoping there might be a solution to this. Thanks in advance

So no one got an idea? Not even a dev? FeelsBadMan

P.S. I forgot to mention that I got the problem with both, my onboard sound (ALC 1150) and my Razer Megalodon Headset. Using Win10

I think its how the sounds are made rly , nothing you can do.I have to turn volume to the max with headset to hear casting and splash sounds

Turn the Ambience down and the Music down (IMHO it should be off) but yeah then Game sounds are much louder

the sound samples volumes are a mess recorded at different db levels
(far to low) so if using speakers you turn the amp volume up to get the desired volume then all other pc sounds recorded at a proper level blast out
the devs need to re record them at correct output levels that's the only cure
