Help in game store Premium shop not connecting

I have tryed everything, firewall, antivirous even reinstall. When I try to buy premiums it gets stuck in "processing"

Go to Steam -> Settings. Click the In-Game tab. Make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is checked.
If not check it and restart Steam

Go to Library - Right click Fishing Planet - General - Look for "Enable Steam Overlay in game"
- Un-checkmark it, make sure it's not checked - Restart Steam - Go back and then check mark it

If this doesn't work it's on Steams end

Thanks Support I have allowed game through firewall and everything works except buying in the premiun shop. I can buy bait and stuff in shop. Contacted steam sup. and did all they told but no luck. even put money in steam wallet and nothing just says 'processing" and i hve to restart game.. gee Im trying to give you money..

The thing is is that it's on Steam end, not Fishing Planets. Been going on since day 1.

Steam support has had me try all kinds of things with firewalls, antivirius re installing and nothing works.
Is there a work around? Why dont they just make the stuff a DLC

It will also show processing screen if you do not start the game from your steam library. I had the same issue for weeks because I was running the game from the desktop icon I created instead of the steam library. If you are launching the game from steam and not a fishing planet desktop icon I appologize for wasting your time. Cheers

i finally sorted the problem out, i had tried all the fixes but had nothing, but i found for me it was a program running in the background that stopped the steam overlay working on fp, i uninstalled my anti virus, malware software and also fraps and after i restarted my computer it worked perfectly, hope this helps as it was frustrating me as well for a long time.
