Barometer question

So we now have a barometer in the game, does this mean barometric pressure is newly implimented or has it been there all along?

i think it was recently added :D if you take a look now cloudy days and sunny all have different temps where as before there was just 2 temps ie cloudy/sunny :D

how is the barameter used in game? what does it do in game? i have'nt been able to find any information on this feature yet.

I asked how its used in game, please keep your answers in tune with my question, not real world. how this is coded. how do we fish per what the barometer is posting.

my response to my own quiry. last couple days i been paying attention to the barometer readings while fishing in oregon. when the meter is showing a full (full is the top tube part is also filled to the almost top) fishing catch is repressed very slow day fishng, even at peek time. so i basically fast forward to next day which has same reading and again slow day, fast forward again to a day where reading is in the middle now we are back to catching lots of fish.

This info could have easily long since been found if you type "barometer" in the little box titled Search.

The barometer in this game has the same effect as in real life.
