Have question. Are we going to have 2 baitcons per event fish for those who have premium or not? Becouse right now i am gettign only 1 baitcoin. So it's time to uninstall the game or it will be update?

I just now saw the event is active. I really hope they didn't do that. If Premium only gets 1 per fish does that mean non premium does not get any? I was hoping they wouldn't do something like this to the only event I really care about.

Same, i buy premium for event and now it's 1 baitcoin, premium is useless.
And we can't get a refund for in-game purchases.
I was already not buying on this game anymore, it was exceptional...

I was absolutely disappointed that they yet again screw the player base over by taking away the 2 bc for premium. Not surprised, but disappointed none the less. I saw Soopa's vid this morning where he said that it was still 2 bc, but just put out an update saying that it is only 1 bc this year. BUT, don't worry. FP is giving us a Pot O Luck every few days which I am quite sure barely ever gives bc in it's pre-progammed "randomness". Prolly just a few grand here and there that means absolutely NOTHING to higher lvl players. So yet again, FP strikes again with their shady *** tactics.

Last year to get 4000 baitcoin, we bought 13 bait for 7 baitcoins and with the premium we had 26 baitcoins.
Now we'll only have 13 baitcoins, spend 7 to get 13. We will never have 4000 baitcoin this year.

Without this event I would have stopped the game, I even stopped 2 months ago and resumed for this event, I will stop again and on top of that it cost me money.

So sad for us all, we waited for this event and they took away our chance to get some good ammount of baitcoins. Now there is no point to buy premium ever again. But for sure, they lost money of this, becouse alot of players would buy premium to farm those baitcoins, so dumb game management after all. I bought premium for year on the sale, and this bought was last for me for this game. Farmed xp, money, so nothing els i need, premium is useless to buy if you already have alot of money for future playing.

It is. Once you find the right spot, you will catch tons of event fish. Even better is to do your event fishing outside peak times to cut down even more on the possibility of catching non event fish.

I can go several in-game days without catching a sing non event fish. I think I profited around 4500ish bc last year.

I am max level but I have always purchased the year of Premium when it goes on sale as a way to support the game. I don't think I will be doing that anymore since there is really no benefit to me being at max level. Next time they raise the level cap I will just grind it out.

The Facebook admin said it was a promotional thing so people could get more Bait Coins leading up to the Ocean map release. I never saw that advertised anywhere. If that's the case why was it only premium members that got the "promotional" benefit? How many of those that didn't have premium last year bought it this year assuming it would be the same? It seems every time they change something they use the Ocean Update as an excuse.

Interesting, why no one complained when they stopped selling event bait from the horseshoe in mudwater for clover coins, so I used to farm lots of BC without spending any on bait... As far as 2 BC for fish, sorry never had experience it, since I didn't spent a dime on this adventure ever 😉

It doesn't bite, they also reduced.
1 per 15 minutes with a spoon.
5 bottom rods with classic bait, 5 baitcoins per hour...
I'm not going to catch 1300 fish by spending 700 baitcoin.

If they had announced I would have stopped fishing planet permanently and bought another game.

I'm waiting for tomorrow and if they haven't handed it over I'll ask Steam to refund me because they changed the rules without saying it and finally I don't have the advantage I should have.
