Help with Mad eye Buffalo Monster

I've been trying to catch this at Lonestar. I have the invisible line and have have already worn out over half of it. I've gone through 100 semolina balls as bait with a float rig, and have probably caught 100 fish with it. Lots of Buffalo, perch, bluegills, etc., but no monster. I've tried fishing in the morning, afternoon, and evening with no luck. Any tips or advice? The last of my invisible line is wearing out.

If the invisible line runs out, complete the mission again and get a new invisible line.

Use a bigger hook to try and discourage smaller fish. I think I used a #1 or #2.
