The Server is located in New York, U.S.A (North America). It appears that most of these posts about server disconnects are coming from people in the same region (Indonesia).

While connecting to the server in NY State I haven't noticed any interraptions even when my provider reroutes connection through Chicago hub....

It's not FP's servers, from your pc open a command prompt and run a trace route. Type tracert gs84.fishingplanet.com You'll see that there's more then likely a problem between you and them.
