Monster Fish Eldergar Neherin

Hi there,
I have the problem that I can't catch the Neherin monster fish even though I fish in the evening at half moon from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and that several nights!
Is that a bug or something?

i dont have the luck yet for catching him either, haha, i went through the shad bait mission and gar bait 6 times, lol..not gonna complain as i always get a uni gar and uni crappie everytime i try eldergar mission...
