diff between spinning and casting rod ?

As far as i know, Casting rods are for heavier fish, and medium drag.

In other words if you arew catchin panfish , or fish up to around 7-8 LBs you are fine with spinning, however going beyond that you will defintely need a casting rod.

Match your rod, line and reel with your lure, to avoid breaking your lines, reel or rod.
FLuro line is great for spinning rods, its not super strong like braid but almost invisible to fish.
