How to cast?

Am I missing something? All my casts only go like 20 feet?

you will need to hit F11, then you will be able to cast farther.

Hey! f11 or another rod - bait casing spinning and match rods cast above head by default

I don't really understand the difference of pitch/F11, I know when I use the F11 I can cast further, but there must be a function or use of casting the other way, looks almost like I am trying to flyfish or something. Any explanations of what the short casting method is for? Loving the game though.

Hey! If you equip spinning rod with spinning lures and tackle you'll see the difference in casting

Hey! Ok. I will wait till I am a high enough level to use the spinninng gear and see. Thanks for letting me know there is a purpose for the other casting method though.

So you need spining gear to like Send your cast further and catch bigger fish?

no, not the rod. the OP was asking about how to cast in general. he said 20'.
