Well, do as it says then. I had this once. restarted and all was good after that. I think this small problem with server or internet connection. These things happen in all internet games.

İngilizce bilen bi arkadaş şunlara derdimi anlatsın oyun sadece bu hesaptan açılmıyor, bütün güncellemeleri yükledim diğer steam hesabımla oyuna girebiliyorum ama oyun steam hesabına özel olduğu için level falan gidiyor o kadar kastık bu şekilde hiç bir anlamı yok.
