e,g, ValueSpin rod has a "Line Weight" in 3-7 lb. range. Callisto MG 2000 reel has a max. drag of 7 lb. Combining this two and you can safely use any line up to 6 lb. test. This assures the integrity of the tackle.
Now, in game you can see 6 levels for drag setting. It's easier to make the math, dividing max. drag value to 6 and find out how much means a level. On above example, 7 lb. / 6 = 1.16 lb. / level. So, if you're using a 4 lb. line on that reel, setting the drag at level 3 is safe (3 x 1.16 = approx. 3.5 lb.). And so on, for each reel and line.
But beware, this system works in theory, in game things are a bit messed up for the moment! It's more line trial&error process to find right settings for reels and lines!
Although there are lines in the game that are 20lb+ test and the rods only go up to 12lb line.
Those lines are "ahead of their time" so to speak! Rods able to handle them will be added, because reels are already in Store (VorteX and LineGlider series). ;)
