when is water considered cold or warm in the game?

I see a lot of bait mixes require cold/warm water etc, but how many degrees is cold and how many is warm? is 16 cold? or 18? etc?

When it's liquid it's warm, when it's solid it's cold. lol

theres no ice in the game so your comment doesnt make any sense. also water can be cold without being solid..

If you have fish tank for tropical fish 22C - 30C deg warm subtropical 18C - 22C
by the way water will boil at 70C deg if you on top of the mt Everest

I think it means the difference between southern and northern Europe waters. So for example Italy would be warm water whilst Netherlands would be cold water mixes, Also similar for N A if you use groundbait; Louisiana warm and Alberta cold etc. Think of the location of each fishery.
