Best XP Destinations for the GRIND Lvl 17+

First of all let me say thank you to the Devs for this sim.
My last level from 16 to 17 was a bit of a grind and I don't see much hope to continue, so I am asking this question.
I understand that others have endured the grind, others have "paid" for DLCs to improve their game play. I am not able to spend real money on this game.
Already been to Missouri, New York, and Colorado, and realize the benefits to extended stays to maximize profits. So, I am asking for suggestions on best XP destinations, to ease the GRIND.

Florida with the occasional trip to Oregon for uni rainbows is how I made it from 16-18. Bass, Gar, Catfish ... float or lure. The uni rainbow in oregon are fairly easy to catch but won't ease the feeling of 'the grind'. In Fla you can cast all over the map and be productive ...

I started playing the game early November. North Carolina bass took me lvl 11-16 and Florida bass has me to lvl 19 now.

Best answer is: don't grind.

Take 3 day trips to NC,FL,OR,NY. Might not progress as fast, but it keeps the 'grindy' feeling out of the game.
