Also cost of repairs and replacement also goes up as well.
IMO, the Amazon map is the best map in the game, but that blue bass boat is ugly and stupid looking in-game. It looks very cheap and plasticy. Blue Crab is a good map too, especially if you like bass fishing, and the boat looks a lot better.
For level 83 its needed 13204645 xp (13.2 million).
Is it rerachable on the ocean map withing 30 days, yes. If you have the biggest boat it will give about 400k xp when its full (if fishing for tuna), and it takes roughly about 1-2 irl hours to fill up. So if filling it up at least 1/day irl would mean about 12m xp in 30 days.
It also pays about 700k for every full boat, so money will not be any issue what so ever.
Here is a common result from 1 day of fishing. Fished 11-18 ingame, so about 1 hr 45 min irl.

Japan can really level you up quicker, but unless you are very knowledgable with this game, it may not be asw profitable as you would like.
That will make the grind worse for those trying to climb levels. As with RF4 you will need a Discord and daily posts as to where fish are today on each map and constant claims of dead maps. Maybe for the high level players that have done it all and are bored they can introduce a mode with random or non-spawning fish that can be switched on for those that really want it.
Go fishing in other locations (they are many and they are interesting).
Kaiji No Ri - Japan it's anything, but not the FP. I'd call that Japan (Ocean) Fishing.
