RE: the Neherrin River common Carp, also spent a long time getting that one (caught endless young sized carp as well), finally got it at the Great Parking Job spawn point, casting to the edge of the weed bed located in the middle of the backwater there. Was using a #1 hook and using corn for bait (this turned out to be from an earlier screen shot).
The Co-Ordinates were 50.98, -13.45 (the time caught was early morning on a Sunny day, although a afternoon peak might be better) and the bait I used was Peas (not Corn). The fish weighed 1.9 kg (4.3 lb) (#2 - #1/0 hook sizes should do).

I've snipped the relevant information (very poorly) from my previous replies to a similar recent question asked in another post (was about a different topic).
Hope it helps.

Not to blame you at all. But will you be able to find a fish by yourselfs anytime?

I've spent a lot, and I mean a lot of time there fishing for carp. The only place that seems to work for me, is at the truck in the water. Cast about 2-3ft from the left of the truck at the front. I use a 2/0 hook with peas, bottom rod. If I remember right, the time was around noon at peak. I would say 1 out of 300 carp was a common, the rest were young, and not very big, maybe 2 - 3lbs. That place just has some really bad spawn. I love the map for catfishing, but carp is meh.

I have found them alongside the weed beds at Woody Enchantment fishing deep under sport float.
