You aren't the only one, I have close to 800 hrs and most of the DLCs and to was banned. Did you Email support@fishingplanet.com?
This would be my 2nd ban out of all the years I been playing. I got my first one on the 3rd of July and Email support and got the same answer then as you did. "next time perm ban", And then today I sent another Email and still waiting for a reply.
All I know from what I did was fishing to lvl up to 90, 2 days ago, I got a 30 day premium and yesterday, made it to lvl 90. I bought a few lvl 90 down rods and the fish to about half way to 91 and then called it a night, went to log on this morning and seen that I was banned.
I have yet to see any of those that have been banned actually fess up.
I went fishing for the Mekong Giant Catfish in the Congo River after buying the DLC. However, I got banned from the game when I was AFK to take a shower. I also haven't received any reply from the support team after emailing them for two days. This will cause them to lose a lot of players. You can also see that the official website's forum is currently under maintenance. I have no idea what's going on.
How many times do you have to be told that the timing of the ban does not happen exactly when the offense takes place? How many more times are you going to post this same story?
We can't answer that. You and FP know why though.
