if you buy the ocean dlc, still complete the harbour missions in order to upgrade your hand held tablet... it will give you a more detailed map.

Your tablet will have a depth and fish finder that you can cycle through while you are on the boat trolling.

I tell them all to do the missions first up. No better way to learn the ins and outs also the pitfalls in the ocean map.
