I got banned

I got banned and want to know how to fix it. I can't wait. What device am I banned from or have to buy a new one? To be able to play again I've been modeled for 6 months now.
The reason for being banned is that I gave my friend my code and my friend came to join the club and collect points with me, but my friend was in a different city. Is this wrong?

When you say you "can't play", what do you mean?
Does the game not load or something? We need more info.

It shows a notification that it has been banned. Then it got bounced. Contacted the team and they said you were banned. I would like to know what is banned, IP address ban or computer ban? Mine or what? I will solve the problem

Perhaps banned for cheating or herassing inchat? Then you need a complete new steam account oder what ever your platform is. Dont cheat or harass peopleand then you dont get banned.

to be able to play again you have to create a new character on a new outlook address even if it means creating one just for the game, that is to say create a new steam account on this new address because you will probably never be unbanned, but on the other hand you will leave again from level 1 because it is impossible to recover your old account or your old level

If you were letting someone log in and play on your game then yes, that is against the rules and why you got banned.
