Not getting any "club bonus"
In a "club room" with a fellow member and no bonus.

Did something change?

Yes, they scrapped it.

You only get the club bonus while a league is running.

In club room with other members give you 'mates bonus' to your xps when catching a fish, Check modifier in keep net next catch press M.
As above not club bonuses.
