best place to lure fish northern pike

st croix doesnt do it for me it takes to long to catch anything pike related. ive used all med spoons all crankbaits all jerkbaits ect its to hit and miss spending hrs catching nothing maybe ahktuba is better?

Try shad lures on jigheads! I have had good luck with the 4" ones in various color patterns.

I second that recommendation. Yellow shads for sun and green shads {different variations of green like red tail, yellow back etc. on a green shad} for cloudy days, even black shads.
