i bought the sports bottom pack where can i use this rod and reel combo to get good exp from fish everywhere i use it i get red arrows.

If you bought a dlc of ' higher ' capability, and yet fishes in a lower pond of your level standard, most catches are likely red.

Might be okay at White Moose, Alberta (lvl 22) for the larger lake trout but the baits included are more suited fishing for catfish, so Quanchkin, Louisiana (lvl 26) could be worth a try.

Go for white sturgeon in SJD California use 7/0 hook and duck mussels or crawfish or lc bait, be advised your reel is to strong for the leaders provided so do not use max drag...
You can also catch chinook salmon and steelhead using shrimp and night crawlers
