Texas And Carolina Rigs?
Market them as you do the jig heads, Same way you describe them in the store but completely weedless.

Brian, if you read the forum post, you will see that i am European and i don't have any legal issues on using rigs. Actually i suggested them 10 months ago (as you can see!). But developers said "are ethical/legal issues". So, i just passed their words. Don't kill the messenger, please!

Was not trying to sound rude at all. Sorry if I came off that way. Really silly imo that we have all these different baits without these two rigs. Especially because of how important they are in fishing.

I'd never fish a long worm on a jig...... :/ It's kinda absurd imo

maybe a 3" hooked wacky style...but the hook would have to have a VERY short shank.

a texas rigged berkely craw fatty is one of my favorite flip/pitch baits irl and with that said i agree with you guys that adding these two rigs would be nice.

oh sick some of the smallie waters I fish are single hook artoffocial and don't allow scented lures :) like 40 trout were stocked in the 70's and they called them wild and put up the regulations.

Fish a huddleston if they're trout in the water.

huddleston? Bass lake in Blowing Rock NC has NO catchable trout they just say it does so they can use the restrictions to keep people away. I like to cut the treble hook off a french spinner and put a single offset hook with an outward point that's 1-2 sizes larger than the trebel I removed. I don't like inline spinners where the body goes through the spoon because they cause more twist.

huddleston has a large selection of stuff such as the huddle bug. they also have a couple bluegill imitators as well as some shad/minnow immitators

It's around 3,400ft in the blue ridge mountains so I'd say probably low-mid 60's surface temp in august and I'd guess about 15' deep at most. There are a couple small ponds nearby thet stay cool enough to keep trout alive through summer so I'm sure there are some trout left but it's too large to hit the deep spots and no boats or floatation devices of any kind allowed. Basically making what few trout may be left unfishable. On top of all that it's single hook artifficial only and covered about 50% by lilypads from spring to late fall (one year there was a sign saying they were working on removing them and the next year it was replaced with one saying that they were planted by Mrs. Cone (a lie) and that they were never to be removed). Trout lake nearby is just the same and Price lake a couple miles away only has trout for about three days (long enoug for the rednecks to blindly kill any trout they can get their mitts on) after it's stocked in April and after that only has tiny green sunfish since the WRC can't be bothered to have a proper stocking program....

TLDR: NCWRC Has made a sickening mess of our trout waters with ineffective regulations and halfassed stocking practices and the lake is as unfishable as they could get away with making it.

Sorry to rant :P
