Florida desperately needs adjusted!!!
have been loving the fishing and xp on florida so far but after numerous trips over and over again, it gets kinda boring only being able to spam the peacock bass there (and the trophy largemouths) It just seems that as a fisherie its so "limited". For example to name a few, species wise the gar and the pacu i feel need a buff most definately. The gar here in florida are very small and for that matter so are the pacu. I'm quite sure that realistically i'm quite sure if not at all completely sure that these two species alone grow considerably larger in the everglades than what they are depicted here in fishing planet. My sister had a pet pacu in a 50 gallon tank for years and years and that thing was A MONSTER!!! It was at least 18-inches in length and probably 12-14 inches vertically, the pacu in the game are almost "panfish size" nowhere near what they most likely are sizewise in real life and the gar are like pickeral or at best pike sized. Come on guys lets get a little more realistic and bump these species to a more "credible size" and make florida a lil more realistic other than just a peacock bass factory, just my thoughts as far as how florida could be improved a little and the anglers could benefit a lil more???

Florida gar aren't anywhere near as big a alligator gar. The IGFA world record is 22lb, and the current leaderboard in the game shows one at just over 17lb, so not too far off.

I don't know about pacu, but I don't see it listed as a species in Florida and from what I've read they're not native to any US state.

Pacu are there trust me, i've seen vids on youtube but their wayyyyyyyyy undersized. And as far as the gar, ok so THE TOP gar caught so far is 17lbs??? Ok so thats "THE TOP FISH in the gar category and its still 5lbs less than the IGFA record??? Ok so the gar are not the size of the alligator gar found in missouri but i still think as a species there a little undersized, and the pacu??? Pfft, there embarrassingly on the low end sizewise.

Pacu are not in FL, bud. What you are seeing are Oscars. Pacu are a totally different fish. and NOT in the game. And no, the Oscars and Florida Gar are not undersized

This is what you are seeing: https://youtu.be/l3f1_E0_JPk?t=7m52s

The top gar on the current leaderboard. The leaderboard is for the last 7 days, it doesn't show the all time biggest fish. Just because someone didn't catch a 22lb gar in the past 7 days doesn't mean they don't exist. If they do, you'll rarely see one. The world record largemouth bass is 22lb 4oz, but I highly doubt you'll ever see one in game.

Then the Pacu DEFINITELY need to be fixed if they aren't even there. Also, the tarpon.

Might as well throw in a couple alligators just to be safe.

Florida is just fine to me, it really reminds me a spot I used to fish in Georgia when I was younger. I caught my first bass there, it was 3lb, my uncle wouldn't help me so I struggled to reel him in. But I remember that lake was swarming with bass, almost a hit every cast.

I love Florida
