Bark and branches

I've cast at trees in the water well over a hundred times using different lures & retrieve speeds and was able to hook a single piece of bark with a bass jig which snagged while landing. Anyone got suggestions to increase the rate of snagging bark and branches? Really hoping I don't have to cast another 500+ times to try and snag something other than fish to light the fire, after a couple really long days running around interacting with pumpkins and fishing.

Go in Quanchkin Lake.
Find the sunken boat ( Don't remember where it actually is sorry )
When you spawn at that point it's to the left.
Take a Runner lure ( if you have any ) otherwise any other lure will do.
Just cast over that boat. No need to be in trees or near shore.
You'll catch bark & branches there easy.

Thank you for the tip! See if I can't hunt down the sunken boat location. This is quickly becoming a treasure hunt.

An update if anyone else is trying to save hours of their life 'fishing' without trying to catch fish....Triple runner worked great for bark...snagged 3 pieces within a few mins at suggested location casting directly at a couple trees in the water beyond the sunken boat. Spinnerbaits seemed to work a bit better for the branches, still took a couple rl hours to snag 3.
