Rocky Lake Losing Xp
Hi

Why is the reason you loose Xp when catching the fish? Is there any special rules out there?

I know it can be barbless hooks but I got that.

I'm in Rocky Lake and have no clue about much but would like to gain Xp.

You never lose XP, ever. Getting less XP than you night have with lighter gear is not losing XP, it's just not gaining as much as you could have.

My guess is that you're only getting a small amount of XP because the tackle setup you're using is to heavy for the fish you're catching. Try using a lighter setup. You cannot lose XP,
3 red arrows next to the XP will indicate the setup is way to heavy, no or green arrows is the preferred outcome. Yes, using barbless hooks does provide better XP.

Ah! Thank you. Then probably my stuff is to heavy. But great i'm not getting less. The red arrows got me spooked.

Barbless hooks gives you an extra 20% XP.
I made a spreadsheet with the different locations and the fish to keep track of fish sizes and what not. I hope you find it helpful.

(copy & paste into your browser, as Steam doesen't like google links anymore)

As you can see, you do not need a huge setup to fish at Rocky lake.

If there is anything else you need help with just give us a shout.

Trevlig helg.

You can lose money but not xp as has been said. But always fish with the lightest gear you can get away with and barbless hooks/lures if you can. Not only will you gain more xp but the fight is more fun and skilful. For max xp wait for a sale and then grab a years premium. This will not only make levelling up much quicker but also you'll end up a millionaire in no time!

Since you like spreadsheets.

The original FP Ubersheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1wEvjycxSaVLNmVOCIZPALsPvLtxnJSz_LDcPKowAFb4/edit#gid=639640410

A couple differences. Mine is not so bottom/float focused and makes better lure recommendations. The other one suggests max drag setups, mine offers balanced setups (which most use). I don't track price per lb/kg but offer a number of other things not included. Use of imperial and metric measurements consistently throughout.

Suggestion: Not sure what you mean by "saved it". If you mean downloaded a local copy to your computer I suggest for any such online tools just bookmark instead. Such tools are generally always being updated so downloading a copy you will not have the most recent and relevant info.
