Do they list them in order of effectiveness or no order at all?

* Say this is listed under a particular fish*
Shads { better than Crays? }
Crays { better than Crankbaits? }
Crankbaits { 3rd best? }

or all of the above are equally good?

The listings are based in order of the bait's level to obtain from the store.

Being a newbie, believe they are equally effective, just that
user's level, gears used, color/sizes used, Time of the day, Angle of angling, user's ' Skill '
and ' Luck ', ... etc,
factors efficiency.

Oh wow. I never thought of that. So, do you think things at the top are easier to use and the lower choices require more skill?

Those higher level baits are more ' target ' specific, and Bigger Fish.

A low level Bloodworms compared to top level Dobsonfly Larva (for example) , the small fishes still bites irregardless as long as its in its preference.

Use what works. There are no hard rules. Some fish will bite on several items not listed in their resume. Carry a variety, try out whatever suits your fancy. Because you just never know what might work at any given moment. You'll develop a sense for what works for you.
