Why im banned from the chat in game?

I was literaly talking via whisper to a in game friend and out of nowhere im banned?!
WTF?! I mean i understand you guys have filters in place but we are from Brazil and we have words like "assim" and a bunch of other words that are falsely flag by the filter.
Is there a way to fix this?

I have not been banned but the filter is ridiculous stupid. When i chat in Swedish in private with my friend I can't even tell him that i got a fish as the word get to close to the F word.

I cannot use word as.
1. Fick = Got or Get
2. Japp = Yep and also a name of a chocolate bar in Sweden.

There are more words but I can't remember them right now. But when words come to close or includes letters that is similar to swear words or our behind it get banned.

Edit: Still you can say any word you like if you have a dot in between. Like this W.O.R.D.

This has been an ongoing discussion since the game was released back in 2015, sadly they still havent addressed this (and my guess never will) full on. Back then you couldnt even write "bass" in the chat because of the last three letters in the word. :P

Oh yeah, I cant even say im from "kumla" either.. lol

got chat ban cause we said they should have a soud level or off for boats..then a stupid admin was there and did everyting to piss us with the boat and then chat ban me,,,really
