On the packets it tells you, what species or size fish you use each for. Also current and water temperature. Recipies them selves are personal choice and experiance of using them. Start with equal amounts in each section of the recipie, adjust after a days fishing. Do not add to much aroma to base though as to much seems turn fish away.
Once in circle mix the mix for feeder and you are ready to fish.
Note mix is divided into 3 parts so 3 rods with feeder sinkers can be used. (l use 3 rods)
Closed feeder sinkers only.
Mixes last for one day so make sure you have a few in your backpack. Need to mix again if you transfer to the next day.
NOTE. This is base on Catfish Destroyer Mix only, so other types mixes, aromas etc. for carp/other fish' are different in mixing for those fish'.
On this link is a list of species, Bream are a family of fish, Catfish come under another family.

What are you trying to catch and what chum are you trying?
"Сhum will work almost anywhere, but this method is most popular in Europe, where there the “white”, no-predatory fish are more abundant. Crucian Carp, Bream, Tench, Common Carp, and many other related species are you most likely catch when feeder fishing!
Enjoy your feeder experience with Fishing Planet and tight lines!
