Any tips for lvling at 56?

If you want a normal level, just go to the next larger body of water and fish there and find out what is going where.
or buy one of the two congo DLCs and farm money and lvl.
From lvl 55 you should already have a little idea to do it yourself without YouTube

You can switch between Blue Crab and UK,
Bolivia it was not really good but from Marron River the strategy is simple: always fish on the newest waterway, no need a video.

With more practice (especially lure fishing), the skills will naturally be understood, the fish will run away or the fishing rod and line will break, which will train you to become more and more powerful, don't be afraid to try new fishing techniques, you will eventually become a master fishing master. Bolivia is excellent with the catfish! best xp farm at that stage.. before as said, blue crab and uk might be the best choice

Blue Crab is fast leveling if you bottom fish near the barge, lots of big ugly and redfish. Plenty trophies and uniques wtih good XP. If you like using a boat, try dragging the buzzbait with a twister tail as a trailer, just cast out and drag behind your boat using the t-motor. Go along the mangroves all around the main body. You'll catch a lot of fish.

Wait that works? just dragging a lure with a boat?

It's tough to pull off without using a boat equipped with a trolling motor, but yes it works.

I just finished my grind in WW from level 70 to 75, if I was you I would grind exclusively in Willow, but you have to invest in carp rods spod, PVA, ground bait mixes etc it will be a learning curve and if you succeed it will be easy 50K XP per fishing day no premium

arent carp rods the same as bottom rods? I have bottom rods.

No you can't fish boilies, pva bags etc. on normal bottom rods, you have to have carp rods. A battery of 4 of these at UK will allow you to level up fast with so many trophies and uniques.
Russia is good too, fish cutbaits/shiners/large minnows for big Beluga, trophy/uni Cats and Pike. Top lures for big Asp and minnows for big Zander.
BCI is also good for levelling up with Tarpon and other trophies/uni's.

We can usually grind the same waterways for 10 to maybe up to, sometimes, 20 levels before they get too easy. Mississippi unlocks at level 54, if you're there you should be able to stay there and grind at it until you unlock Bolivia at level 63.

How I did it on the one account I opened Bolivia with is
Lonestar grind Spotted Bass and Drum until level 10
Neherrin grind Everything there until level 30
Michigan grind Pike, and Catfish until level 54
Mississippi grind Tarpon until level 63

Things to do after we get bored with grinding to death is complete the missions and challenges. Then start a new account and start over! :)

Id never start over haha I just wanna be max lvl asap so i can relax and do the stuff I want lmao.

What is the max level now? All I found when I looked said 50 but Bolivia is 63 so that's not right. Stupid interwebs...
