Is it bannable to use a Macro?

Like a macro you would create with keyboard or mouse software? How could that be bannable?

A macro that repeat the inputs you put in so if I cast once and do stop and go the next cast the macro does it for me basically it won't be able to reel in the fish or catch fish on its own thl
