You could use a convert function very easily once you change out the commas. Add a column next to your current kg columns and then use the following formula:
CONVERT(number,from_unit,to_unit)
Where
"number" equals the current cell that has the kilogram value
"from_unit" is the measurement you are converting from
"to_unit" is the measurement you are converting to
Example : Content in target cell to convert cell G14 to pounds =CONVERT(G14,"kg","lbm")
FYI you can use that convert function for inches to centimeters, feet to meters, etc...
RECOMMENDATION:
It will cause formatting/layout issues (and probably nightmares LOL), inserting cells as it causes shifting current cells so I would suggest creating a copy of the LocationFishWeight sheet, rename one to "Loc Fish Weight - Metric" and the other as "Loc Fish Weight - Imperial". Then you can reference the Metric sheet in the target cells on the Imperial sheet and everything stays aligned.
E.g., (after you have created a copy and renamed them accordingly)
=CONVERT('Loc-Fish-Weight - Metric'!F14,"kg","lbm")
Put the above function in Cell F14 on the Loc-Fish-Weight - Imperial sheet
As long as you replace the commas with dots and remove the kg text you have in those cells it will work.
If F14 on the metric sheet is 0.5, the imperial sheet F14 should show 1.10231131
(you can change the format of the cell to a number category and control the decimal places as well).
I might start playing around with this and trying to convert one for myself (I play using the imperial measurement), if i get it done and I dont see anyone else posted an update here I will upload a copy.
Like you said, if i get bored enough because that is a large amount of work, its easy enough to do but very tedious and time consuming. :)

Imperial system..:
10,677,100.00
The usage of dots and commas is switched in metric vs imperial numbers.
Using the kg and lbs after the numbers is much more user-friendly compared to coloumns filled with just numbers.
When Kelvy commented in this thread, the imperial numbers were not added yet.
They were added a few months later, after a lot of requests.
I thought about adding a separate page for imperial numbers, but that would be a lot of extra work, which I did not need.
You are free to use my spreadsheet and add an imperial page for your own use, but posting it to the public as your own is against copyright rules.
I prefer not having that kind of issues to deal with.
As of now, I am satisfied with the spreadsheet and have no plans for further updates until the ocean map comes out and I can axcess relevant info and put it into the spreadsheet.
Time will tell about what happens next.
