Something is weird with his profile because it says he has been playing since 1/10/220 which is January 1st since the profiles list month first. Also his best red ear and green sunfish were caught in January so he hasn't been playing for only 13 days.
I currently have:
476 hours ingame (steam hours)
167 days ingame
lvl 59
I've tried all the possible math to try and convert that 167 days into my playtime, and it makes zero sense.
- 167 days refers to IRL hours --> 167 x 24 = 4008 hours --> obviously not as i only have 476 hours ingame (steam is correct)
- 167 refers to total ingame days --> 167 x 24 x 15/60 --> 1002 hours --> not even close
(In-game hours is 15 IRL minutes)
- 167 days refer to how many days you spend at lake --> impossible as my last 4 trips combined are already over 200 days.
- 167 days measures the amount of days since you started playing --> i've been playing since 10/3/2015 (dont know if thats october or march) but its alot longer than 167 for sure.
Unless someone else has a working theory about this metric, im pretty sure its just a nonsense stat.
Now lets look at player dwadawdawd Lvl 59 start play 2/10/2020 days 19 exp lvl 2475805/2500250 fish caught 4306 c 4218 tpy 86 uni 2.
Now explain to me why I should not be at a higher lvl than this dude/dudess for I have caught more tpys and unis than this player.
I still say BS. We can all see that the stats are trash! Or we can see widespread cheats all over the stats. Devs need to pay attention to the little details.
They have golden DLC, can see the rod case in profile, and white sturgeon are thier biggest fish. They have hammered white sturgeon in California. That is why they have very few Trophy or Unique fish. They have 30 day premium and access to california from that dlc alone.
You and I do not know what other DLC the person has, they could have at least another 2 heavy chasers to grind with from other dlc. Using this until they are level 50. Then they could of gone to 5 x 57lb set ups.
Maybe the question should of been why did You did not ask best way to level up.
Do you have Premium? Have you had Premium for every single fish you have ever caught? You can't simply compare numbers of fish when you get 50% more XP for having Premium. My suggestion is to worry about you because you have no idea how much money someone has spent on this game.
4000 white sturgeon are around 2400000 xp. Thats the Maths, thats also what his profile shows, the evidance is there. Never seen the guy in game, in twitch or elsewhere. I just looked at the profile same as you. I looked at all of it, what gear he had fish and achievment records.
Also already explained this above.
You need to look at what the person is catching as well, both people you have quoted have very few species caught and some of those are not at the highest level, suggesting accidental catch. They both have Insomniac III, NIght Shift III both Catch fish at night. Maniac III catch 300 fish in a day. San Joaquin Venturer III 30 days in cali. No others so I presume its fished. Sturgeon Master III, 250 sturgeon caught.
a friend of mine that was new to the game bought the golden pack to jump to some lakes like the st croix and moose lake to fish a long with me and in a space of a few days reached my lavel that is 42
