Kaniq Creek Monsters Fish, I don't have the mission!

I complete all exploration missions in Kaniq Creek and I don't have the one with Albino Blackfish Monster, who can help me?

Sir, moi doesn't appear the mission, I want to know why, bc I'm level 39 and the lake is unlocked on level 38

I'm pretty sure all the Fish Monster missions require you to reach a certain level to unlock it and I believe it is multiple levels after the unlock level.

I believe the Kaniq monster mission should become available for you at level 40 going by answers I've seen for similar questions before (i.e. 2 levels after access to the waterway is gained).
