What is a spod rod, and how does it work? and Telefloat rod, is it usless?

hey all, todays question is about the spod rod, what is it and how does it work, and how to use it? if some nice people can give me a simple introduceion to it that would be class, and i have a telefloat from a dlc, but i can't cast it any further than i'm tall lying down, ive no idea how to use ethier of these rods, so could someone nicely explain this rod to me too, thank you.

hello!
the spod rods are to "deliver" any kind of groundbait to a specific spot of your choice; you have to use it with any size of the spod rockets in the store and once you travel, fill it with your mix of groundbait. mainly used for baiting a zone on the euro maps.

about the telefloats, try pressing the F11 key to toggle the cast type.

thanks, speaking of groundbait, why is there a ground bait slot on my chariter outfit page, and why can't i place ground bait in it? is it possable to throw ground bait if i can equip it there?

oh. it just occured to me.. if i use a spod rod does that mean i don't need feeder weight? and if used how do i know where my bait is out in the water when trying to place the spod bait? sure i often use the refections on the water to make aiming makers, but not evry water is as refective or have anything to show, perticuliery when cast far out..

yes, that slot is for that (once you put your mix there, you can press the 8 key to switch to "hand casting mode". btw, that mode is max. to only 20m, and will use 200gr of your mix)

yes if you are in a map (or zone) with shallow water (like england) and probably on slow currents zones too. im not sure about deep areas or fast current places (like some areas of italy)

for more accurate aiming, you can set a couple of markers in your tablet to use them as aiming helpers, and erase them just before leaving the map if you are short of them.
