Noob travel questions...

I've been moving around from spot to spot checking out some of the other fishing holes. As such I have only been adding one day on the trip. I liked fishing for Walleye so when I went there next I made it for three days. Looking up in the top left hand corner it said 1/3 Days.

Now I was under the impression that when you "Leave" the fishing spot that it keeps you in area and that you still have two days there and don't have to pay the full travel price to get back. But as soon as I leave and sell my catch I'm back to needing to travel to the place again and have to purchase more days as I have none.

Am I getting the travel thing all mixed up? How do you stay more days, is it logging off in the area and that keeps you there if you have more days? Also can you sell your catch without having to leave an area?

What you need to do is press the cog looking wheel in top right hand corner of the inventory screen and just quit out of your game and you will stay at your chosen lake . Also keep track of your license time start and end time has it runs on a 24 hour real time clock , Also you can sell your fish by forwarding to the next day i.e your nets full so forward to 5 am next day to continue fishing. Also be careful not to forward to many times has you might be sat waiting for your next forward time . hope that help's you abit mate . Dont add days at the start of the trip its more expensive if you dont stay all the days you paid in advance for its easier to just forward time (T key by default) and end a day and then pay the day expenses this way you pay for each day you actually stay..

There is one thing that is not mentioned above and that is the weather pattern will change as well after FF to the next day on a multi day trip, including just quiting out of game and waiting 24 hours in RT even if you are still on day one and wait 24 hours RT the weather pattern will change to what the next day is in game, so if you start a trip on a sunny day and quit for a break and come back to day one 24 hours later in RT it will still be day one but different weather unless the next day is also a sunny day, if not the peak fishing time will change as well.
