Caught turtles at Rocky Lake for the Tyrannatrout challengs, went catching 10 x tyrannatrout, number 9 on the hook then chews the line taking the spoon, if FP would kindly place the spoon back into my inventory I might finish the challenge and collect the reward if not screw that

All you have to do is catch the turtles again. Should take all of 10 minutes.

As said above you can get it again by catching the turtles again even if it doesnt show up as a mission until you catch the monster fish. After you have caught the monster fish you can not repeat it though so be careful if you wan to keep the lure after that.
