Do new titanium leaders deter certain fish
Not a user rl of titanium leaders. Some lakes I am already switching out to titanium leaders already because of lost lures and fish. In game do they reduce chances of catching some fish. Ie a shy fish I would usually use mono or fluro leader on. Is it trial and error or has any one found a difference.

I wondered the same thing after two wasted days in Russia after cats. Very few fish, hardly any trophy and only able to half fill net after usual day when your throwing fish back. Just been farming pike at michigan and still able to clear 70k with titanium leaders. Going to go back to russia and see if the new fluoro leaders get my catch back.

Aren't there special leaders for cats?

I have found that in michigan you have to use Titanium leaders for Muskie and Pike, but
the Blue Cats don't like them.

Bass and Gars in Florida seem fine with Titanium leaders, also the right breaking strain titanium leader for the same breaking strain line wears at a far less rate. So in theory, in Florida at least at lily pads, you can use the leader for twice as long as the line.
This is just an initial observation after a few in game days there.

I just went to Russia for the first time the other day. I was using fluoro leaders, catching cats left and right. I think it definitely matters.
